Hi, and welcome!
If your financial life has gotten complicated and you have a feeling you don’t know what you don’t know, you’re in the right place.
Maybe your business is doing well, but your income, your taxes, and most of your net worth run through it. Maybe your RSUs keep vesting, your ESPP shares keep piling up, and you’re not sure what to sell, what to hold, or what you’ll owe in April. Or maybe you inherited money or were named a trustee, and you’re not sure what you can do, what you should do, or who to ask.
We work with business owners, people with equity compensation, and inheritors and trustees. Our first real conversation is about your life, not your numbers. From there, we build one clear plan for your whole financial life, then help you actually get it done.
We sit on your side of the table. That means coordinating your taxes, investments, estate plan, and major decisions, and working alongside your CPA and attorney so the moving parts stay in sync. If it has a dollar sign on it, we want to be part of that discussion.
I’m a CFP® professional with more than ten years in the industry. Before starting Luhman Wealth Partners, I worked at a multi-family office serving wealthy families. I helped manage their portfolios, pulled together each family’s full wealth picture, and talked with them about their plans, trusts, and estates. Tax planning became my focus because it’s one of the few areas you can actually control. You can’t control the market, but the tax code has rules you can use in your favor.
I started this firm to build the firm I’d want as a client: fee-only, a fiduciary at all times, and advice that is only ever about you.
We’re a boutique firm by design, based in Irvine in Orange County, and we serve clients nationwide virtually.

We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
