Carole Marko is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She joined the firm in 2000 and provides clients with goals-based wealth management strategies tailored to their personal circumstances. Carole assists clients in identifying and prioritizing financial goals such as investment management, education funding, retirement income planning, tax minimization strategies, asset preservation, estate planning, and wealth transfer.
Carole holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation awarded by The College for Financial Planning Institutes Corp. She is also a qualified Portfolio Advisor and graduated from Florida State University in 1983 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting. She began her career in financial services as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte and Touché and has experience in the private sector with the Arvida Company. Although she retains her CPA designation, she does not provide tax advice in her role as a Wealth Management Advisor.
Raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Carole continues to live there with her husband, Paul. They have been actively involved in various civic and philanthropic causes as well as their parish, Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
