Daniel Hooper is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He focuses on assisting private ultra-high net worth families with complex legacy planning and comprehensive wealth management strategies. Daniel works with clients on areas including executive compensation, family wealth management, personal retirement planning, philanthropic planning, portfolio management, and tax minimization.
Daniel began his career in the financial services industry in 2012 and joined Merrill in 2015, where he has supported the bank's most affluent clients in the Southeast region. In 2022, he co-founded the RHW Group at Merrill alongside partners Colby Robbins and Kayla Weibel, providing services such as cash flow, trust, and legacy analysis. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and the Personal Investment Advisor credential.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development with a concentration in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 2012. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and golfing, as well as spending time with his family.
