Diane Coon is a Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor within Merrill Private Wealth Management, focusing on serving executive and corporate clients by leveraging resources from Merrill and Bank of America. She works with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and companies to align client goals and priorities with appropriate financial solutions based on risk tolerance, time horizon, cost considerations, liquidity needs, and investment objectives.
Diane joined Merrill in 2002 after gaining experience with J.P. Morgan's Private Bank and Hambrecht & Quist's Investment Bank. She and her team provide services including pre and post-liquidity planning, corporate financial services, restricted and concentrated stock strategies, tax minimization, executive banking tailored to goals-based wealth management, trust and estate planning, philanthropic solutions, personal banking, and lending through Bank of America. Diane holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Phoenix and the Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designation.
She holds leadership roles within Merrill and is active in the community, including involvement with OCTANE, the Los Angeles Venture Association, and as a founding member of 44 Women for Orangewood.
