John Beavers is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He works closely with business owners, corporate executives, and affluent families to develop and implement personalized wealth management plans. His expertise includes college education planning, family wealth management strategies, legacy planning, liquidity management, retirement income, portfolio management services, tax minimization, and personal retirement planning.
John began his financial advising career in 1998 and joined Merrill and its predecessor firm Banc of America Investments in 2002. He has an extensive background in customized client investment portfolios, budgeting, cash flow analysis, wealth transfer strategies, fixed income portfolios for income, retirement planning, and cash management and lending through Bank of America, N.A. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. from Stetson University and has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designations.
John resides in Orlando with his wife Natalie and their two children. He is active in the local community and volunteers across several organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
