Human Capital Wealth Management is a fee-only fiduciary firm for people who have worked hard, saved well, and want to know they are going to be okay. Most of my clients are at or near retirement, or building hard toward it. What they share is that they are done being sold to. As a fee-only fiduciary, I do not sell products and I do not earn commissions. You pay me directly, so I only ever sit on your side of the table. My focus is retirement income, tax strategy, and protecting the people you love, including steady guidance through the hardest transitions, like divorce in retirement or the loss of a spouse. That means turning what you have built into a dependable paycheck, keeping more of your money out of the IRS's hands through smart Roth conversion and tax planning, and investing with discipline using a low-cost, evidence-based approach instead of guesswork or hot tips. I keep my practice small on purpose, so when you call, you get me. If you have ever left a big-name advisor feeling like a number, this is the opposite of that. You built the wealth. Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) and graduate of Taylor University with a degree in Economics and Mathematics. He holds a master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning and has also studied International Economics at Oxford University in England. Ryan, his wife, Kathryn, and their three kids live in Carmel, Indiana, where they are active members in their local community. When away from the office, Ryan enjoys coaching sports, serving in the children’s ministry at his family’s church, playing basketball, hiking and biking with his family, and hopes to one day convince his wife to do an RV vacation out West. Catalyze Wealth Management provides discretionary portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning to individuals, high-net-worth clients, retirement plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and businesses. The firm integrates investment advisory services with legal- and accounting-adjacent offerings, including in-house tax and bookkeeping services and educational seminars, while primarily utilizing low-cost index funds and ETFs with a systematic risk management approach.

Edward Argus is the sole advisor at Argus Efficient Capital, LLC in Westfield, Indiana, holding Series 65 and 66 licenses with two years of industry experience. He serves as the Executive Director of the CFA Society Indianapolis and is an investment officer of risk at Indiana University Health. Prior to founding Argus Efficient Capital, he worked with SEI Family Office Services for 12 years. Argus Efficient Capital provides discretionary portfolio management to individuals, high-net-worth clients, and other advisers through customized Investment Policy Statements and dynamic asset allocation using ETFs and mutual funds. The firm integrates modern portfolio theory with quantitative and technical analysis, conducts monthly account reviews, and serves as a subadviser to unaffiliated advisers while adhering to a fiduciary standard for retirement accounts.

Brent Foster is a financial advisor at Northbound Wealth with 17 years of industry experience. He holds the Series 66 designation and has worked at firms including J.P. Morgan Securities and JPMorgan Chase. Outside of advisory work, he is the Founder and CEO of Foster & Friends LLC, which offers a podcast and marketing consulting, and the Owner and author at Northbound Stories, LLC, a children’s book publishing venture. Northbound Wealth serves individual clients, employer plan sponsors, charitable organizations, and other institutional clients. The firm employs a predominantly passive, Modern Portfolio Theory-based investment approach using low-cost index funds and ETFs, complemented by fundamental and technical analysis when appropriate, and maintains an active client-education program including seminars, speaking engagements, and media content.

I'm a fiduciary & CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER living in Indianapolis, Indiana but serving clients nationwide. For years I've helped individuals and families plan for retirement and other imporant financial decisions. In college, I studied economics with a concentration in finance. After college, I worked for large wealth management firm in Indiana and then a boutique financial advising office specializing in retirement planning. That firm was later acquired and after a few years working for the acquiring firm I left to start WealthGuides. As an advisor I've worked with clients age 22 to 92. While I've worked with a wide range of people, I've always found my passion was with working with people to create a plan for retirement. As an advisor I provide guidance to my clients on taxes, their investment portfolios, estate planning, & charitable giving amongst others areas. I show people where they can save on taxes and I give clarity and strategies for how my clients can maximize the potential for what they can spend on themselves and give to others. On the personal side I'm a runner, a reader, a cat dad, and a traveler. I also enjoy sipping on a nice glass of wine or whiskey.

Phil is the Founder and Principal of Servant Capital Advisors, LLC (“SCA”), a fee-only, independent, registered investment adviser based in Central Indiana. SCA provides investment advisory services, wealth management services, and family office services to high net worth families and individuals seeking a differentiated approach to maximize their wealth. Phil founded SCA with the goal to serve others: to share his twelve years of institutional investment management experience with investment partners, high net worth families and individuals to help them grow their net worth for the primary purpose of engaging in philanthropy through impactful charitable contributions. Prior to founding Servant Capital, Phil was a Principal at Centerbridge Partners, a hybrid private equity firm and hedge fund based in New York with $25 billion in assets under management, from 2008 to 2017. At Centerbridge he invested in and served on the board of directors of companies ranging in size from $100 million to $500 million in revenues across a diverse set of industries including financial services, consumer products, industrials, and real estate. Phil began his career in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He graduated with high distinction from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and earned his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. Phil lives with his wife and four children in Carmel, Indiana. He enjoys reading, investing, and playing golf.
