About

Serving the wealth management needs of individuals and families with financial complexity in their lives is Justin's mission, leading him to found Integrity Road Wealth Partners, a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor firm. To learn more about Integrity Road Wealth, please visit www.integrityroadwealth.com.

Justin serves clients preparing for and transitioning into retirement. Many of Justin’s clients are high-achieving engineers, pilots, business owners, executives, and attorneys. The clients Justin serves are often preparing to receive a lump sum pension, deferred compensation, or a buyout of their equity interests. Justin’s clients often experience sustained annual income of $200,000 - $2 million pre-retirement, enabling them to accumulate material retirement plan and after-tax assets. While accumulating $2 - $20 million in liquid assets is often quite feasible for the high-income professionals, airline pilots, executives, and business owners Justin serves, navigating the transition into retirement and beyond often warrants the involvement of a skilled professional to provide prudent guidance.

In his most recent role as a Wealth Advisor at a national Registered Investment Advisor, Justin advised over 100 primarily high-income and affluent households on an ongoing basis as their primary advisor and financial planner. Prior to the advisor role at the national firm, Justin was Director of Financial Planning at a boutique Registered Investment Advisor in Houston. As Director of Financial Planning, Justin served the holistic wealth management needs of high-income and wealthy families. Alongside of his client advisory responsibilities, Justin was responsible for the company’s portfolio management, reporting, strategic planning, and operations functions.

Justin first became interested in personal finance when he was about eight years old, buying his first stock. At Liberty University, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning, graduating Summa Cum Laude on a three-year track. After college, Justin pursued the licensing and advanced certifications required to serve clients effectively. As a Certified Financial Planner® Professional and Certified Kingdom Advisor®, Justin completed training, advanced examination, and a residency-like program before becoming certified. Justin is also an Investment Adviser Representative, having completed the Series 65.

Refined Wealth

After nearly a decade in corporate finance at Phillips 66, I now help high-income professionals and their families with investment, tax, and retirement planning. Before launching Refined Wealth, I completed the CFP® education program at Rice University and gained hands-on experience at two Houston firms, where I was part of teams that collectively served over 250 families and oversaw more than $650M in client assets. I also earned advanced certifications in tax planning (TPCP®) and retirement income planning (RICP®) to deliver more targeted advice. Now I’m building the firm I’d want for myself, my family, friends, and former colleagues. Most of my clients are: ◻︎ High-income professionals (O&G, medicine, sales, dual-income households) ◻︎ Retirees with complex assets and income sources ◻︎ Families navigating liquidity events (real estate sales, inheritances, business exits) Refined Wealth is an independent, fee-only fiduciary firm built on transparency and alignment. No product sales. No commissions. If this resonates, let’s connect for a complimentary introductory call to see if we’re a fit.
