Kaitlyn Cruse is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She began her career with Merrill in 2008 in Boston, working with ultra-high net worth individuals on various financial matters, including cash management and investment manager due diligence. Since moving to San Diego in 2016, she partners with clients and their advisors to create wealth plans tailored to their needs and goals, incorporating disciplined investment strategies and collaborating with estate and tax professionals.
Kaitlyn holds several professional designations including Certified Investment Management Analyst®, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor®, and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with a focus on Financial Services and a minor in Communications. Additionally, she holds licenses and registrations such as the California Life, Accident & Health license and FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 66.
Outside of her professional role, Kaitlyn resides in Carlsbad, California with her husband and two children. She enjoys activities such as cooking, golfing, skiing, and spending time with family. Kaitlyn has been actively involved in professional organizations including the Merrill Women's Exchange in both Boston and San Diego chapters, and Merrill’s Military Support & Assistance Group in San Diego.
