Keith Zemsky is a Senior Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He advises individuals and families on comprehensive wealth planning and investment strategies, coordinating across specialists to help clients navigate major financial inflection points such as liquidity events, lending needs, philanthropy, and complex wealth transfer decisions.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Keith managed approximately $250 million at a major US asset manager. His client practice is evenly split between billionaire clients and those with assets in the $1-10 million range. Before entering wealth management, he gained hands-on operating experience as a business owner and commercial real estate professional. Early in his career, Keith was the Principal and Managing Member of a commercial solar energy startup, where he sourced projects, negotiated rooftop leases, built business partnerships, and developed financial models for alternative energy investment portfolios. He also served as Director of Business Development at a real estate holding company, managing valuations and negotiations including executing a major land sale and development contract.
Keith earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin & Marshall College. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and holds FINRA and NFA registrations including Series 3, 7, 31, 63, and 66. Keith holds professional designations such as CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). A New Jersey native, Keith enjoys adventure sports, football, spending time with his family, and traveling.
