Kenrick Whyte is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He advises high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, business owners, corporate executives, and professionals with complex financial lives. Kenrick specializes in business succession and exit planning, liquidity events, wealth preservation, retirement planning, and legacy strategies. He also provides guidance to corporations and retirement plan sponsors on fiduciary best practices, plan design, participant outcomes, and retirement plan governance.
Kenrick has been in the financial services industry since 1997 and established his wealth management practice in 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®) designation. Kenrick is a Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) and Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC).
He serves on the Board of Trustees of Saint Andrew's School and previously served on the Board of the Port Everglades Association and as Lieutenant Governor of Kiwanis International Division 23. Kenrick resides in Parkland, Florida with his wife, Karen, and their son, Hunter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending youth sports events, playing tennis, fishing, and reading.
