Nathan Lee serves as Senior Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch. He leads the portfolio management and asset allocation development process for the Lee & Yodowitz Group, drawing on over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Nathan offers expertise in wealth planning, estate and legacy planning for closely held businesses, money management, corporate retirement plans, and alternative investment strategies.
Nathan works closely with business owners through all stages of their company's lifecycle, providing services including cash management, financing for capital expansion and equipment, and assistance with exit events. His background enables him to support clients with succession planning, private business sales, and group benefit plans. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2004, Nathan worked at UBS Financial Services in Lubbock, Texas.
He holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. Nathan maintains his Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) designations. He is engaged in the community through board membership with the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach and participation in the local National Eagle Scout Association chapter in Los Angeles. Nathan is married with three children and pursues interests including railroading from both historic and modeling perspectives.
