Hi, I'm Nick. I'm the founder of Chattahoochee Wealth, a financial planning and investment management firm focused on corporate professionals in their 50s and 60s who are serious about retirement planning.
Do you: • Know you've saved enough, but have no clear picture of how to turn that nest egg into a reliable, sustainable income? • Feel like your retirement picture is a jumble of puzzle pieces — 401(k)s, IRAs, taxable accounts, company stock — that individually make sense but together feel impossible to sort out? • Want to make sure you can actually do the things you've been looking forward to in the early years of retirement, while you're still in the health to enjoy them? • Worry that you're overpaying the IRS, and want a strategy to lower your total taxes paid during your retirement? • Know you have too much tied up in company stock but have no idea where to even begin unwinding it?
That's exactly what I do. Together we'll untangle the puzzle, build a tax-efficient retirement income plan you actually understand, and make sure you have the confidence to enjoy the retirement you spent decades building.
My background: • CPA — I started my career in public accounting at PwC • CFA® charterholder — I then spent several years on the investment research side at a large regional RIA • CFP® professional — After realizing returns aren't that important unless there's a "why" behind them, I shifted my focus to financial planning and spent several years as a financial planner before founding Chattahoochee Wealth
Most advisors come from one of these backgrounds. I've worked in all three, which means all three lenses are on your situation at once. When you have more than just a hammer, not every problem has to be a nail.
When I'm not thinking about retirement planning, I'm probably spending time with my wife, two daughters, and our labradoodle Palmer. I enjoy playing golf, cooking on my Big Green Egg, and fueling my mild obsession with coffee — I home roast beans and am still trying to nail latte art.
If any of this sounds like where you are, I'd love to connect. Book a free introductory call and let's see if we're a good fit.
