Outside of his professional role, Phillip resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife Chrissy. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering over 80 hours annually with organizations such as Better Money Habits as a mentor, Big Brothers/Big Sisters mentoring a high school student, and charities including Forgotten Harvest, Salvation Army, and Soup Capuchin. Phillip also has personal interests in baseball, golfing, and traveling.
