Roger and his team focus on creating unbiased financial strategies that adapt to clients' evolving needs in today's complex geopolitical, economic, and social environment.
Roger holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, majoring in International Business with minors in Spanish and Italian. He has earned multiple professional designations including Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC), and Retirement Manager Advisor (RMA). He is actively involved with the Investments & Wealth Institute, serving on their Board of Directors and designation committees.
Beyond his professional commitments, Roger contributes to community and nonprofit organizations such as the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation Board, Assumption Catholic Regional School Advisory Board, and has held advisory roles with the Boy Scouts of America Jersey Shore Council. He participates in Merrill's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Merrill Hispanic & Latino Organization. Roger lives in Galloway, NJ with his wife Megan, their three children, and their dog.
