Sean Kelly is a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor, and founder of The Kelly Wealth Management Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Since joining Merrill in 1993, Sean has advised a diverse clientele including individuals, families, business owners, executives, physicians, multigenerational families, and nonprofit organizations. His practice focuses on strategic wealth management, portfolio design, tax-sensitive investment management, charitable giving strategies, and coordinating complex wealth needs such as alternative investments and customized lending solutions.
Sean earned Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and European History from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the rowing team. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA) designations from the Investments and Wealth Institute and has pursued executive education through the Wharton School of Business. A second-generation Merrill Advisor, Sean values building enduring client relationships grounded in trust and thorough, thoughtful analysis.
Outside of his professional role, Sean is active in community initiatives as a member of the Rotary Club of Everett and the Penn Alumni Club of Seattle. He resides in Richmond Beach with his wife and three children and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, kayaking, and nature photography.
