Founder of DIWY Financial Planning (DIWYFP), an advice-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) offering hourly financial planning to help clients make clear, confident decisions. After more than two decades of experience at firms including JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, and HSBC, I launched DIWYFP in 2025 to help make professional financial planning more accessible to anyone seeking objective guidance, without a requirement to move assets or meet minimums. With DIWYFP you can plan for yourself—not by yourself™ using a “do-it-with-you” approach that emphasizes collaboration, education, empowerment, and transparency. I am a first-generation American, born in Brooklyn, NY, to parents who immigrated from Central America and the Caribbean. In 1999, I relocated to California with my wife and two children and now split time between California, New York, Florida, and Nevada. I earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travel, astronomy, cycling, mentoring, and civic engagement. I am also drawn to wind-powered activities, including paragliding and sailing small boats.
