Michael Hulley is a Senior Vice President and Senior Resident Director with Merrill in Brea, California. In his role, he works closely with multiple generations of families to assist them in managing their wealth more purposefully. Mike fosters close-knit client relationships and is known as a go-to resource for ideas and opportunities gained from over 30 years of experience as a financial advisor. He provides support on a range of financial matters, including evaluating business ventures, significant purchases, family-wealth dynamics, and long-term goals. Mike earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investing from the University of Southern California. He began his career as a financial advisor with Merrill in 1985, served with UBS from 2008 to 2016, and then rejoined Merrill. Since 1991, he has held leadership roles including Senior Resident Director. In this capacity, he mentors and supports a team of advisors and associates in the Brea office. Outside of his professional work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a Disney enthusiast, enjoys traveling, and follows various professional sports. He is also involved with community organizations including Second Harvest Food Bank and the Salvation Army.
