About
AP Wealth Management provides fee‑only financial planning and discretionary and non‑discretionary investment management primarily for high‑net‑worth individuals and families, and also for institutional clients such as charitable organizations and employer retirement plans. The firm offers ongoing wealth management alongside its comprehensive Lifetime Financial Solution planning process and works with clients across taxable and retirement accounts.
The firm uses an asset‑allocation framework that categorizes holdings into four client‑specific buckets (relative return, Attain, opportunistic, and Protect) to align portfolios with each client’s risk/reward profile. Portfolios are implemented with a mix of open‑end mutual funds, ETFs, closed‑end funds, individual equities and fixed income, and also include less‑conventional vehicles such as structured notes and non‑public REITs when appropriate.
Compared with many peer teams, AP Wealth’s service set includes acting as an ERISA 3(38) investment manager for qualified plans and providing 3(21) plan advisory and participant education, and it routinely uses closed‑end and structured products that can be less liquid or carry different risks than standard fund holdings. The firm custodizes client assets at Charles Schwab Institutional, does not accept soft‑dollar benefits, and recently changed its policy to no longer vote proxies on clients’ behalf, leaving proxy materials to be delivered directly by the custodian.

We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
