ARM Financial is a small, independent SEC-registered investment adviser that provides discretionary portfolio management and ancillary financial planning to individuals and their families while managing approximately $49 million for a limited client base. The firm also serves as general partner and investment manager to ARM Financial Opportunities Fund LP, a Delaware private pooled vehicle offered to accredited investors that targets venture capital, commercial real estate, and other private investments with seven- to ten-year hold horizons.
