About

Bugle Valley LLC is a fee-only registered investment adviser that serves individual and high-net-worth clients. The firm offers standalone comprehensive financial planning engagements and a Full Service package that combines that planning with ongoing investment management for clients with retirement accounts, taxable accounts, or more complex needs such as concentrated stock positions, equity compensation, business planning, and estate tax considerations.

The firm’s investment process blends fundamental analysis with asset-allocation approaches and the use of mutual funds and ETFs, constructing portfolios to match a client’s stated goals and risk tolerance and managing accounts on a discretionary basis while permitting reasonable written client-imposed restrictions. Financial planning is delivered as a written comprehensive plan in a one-time fixed-fee engagement or bundled with ongoing management under a tiered annual fee determined by complexity and scope.

Distinctive aspects include the use of fixed fees for standalone plans and tiered annual advisory arrangements—fee structures that are uncommon for firms with this profile—and a primary focus on portfolio management for individual clients rather than advising private funds. The firm requires clients to custody accounts on an institutional Schwab platform that provides operational support, its principal holds CFP® certification, and, as a newly formed adviser in 2026, it currently reports no assets under management.

Bugle Valley

I’m Beau Kemp, founder of Bugle Valley Retirement Income Planning. My career has been focused on helping people make thoughtful financial decisions, and I’ve developed a particular passion for helping clients navigate the transition from saving for retirement to actually living from their wealth. I believe retirement planning should be about more than simply determining whether you have “enough.” It should give you confidence in where you are, where you’re going, and how your financial decisions work together. Bugle Valley is a fee-only, flat-fee financial planning firm focused exclusively on retirement. I primarily work with people who are approaching or entering retirement and want a comprehensive plan for turning their assets into sustainable income. We look at the big picture, including investment strategy, taxes, Social Security, Medicare, withdrawal strategies, risk, and legacy considerations, to help clients make informed decisions throughout retirement. Outside of financial planning, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and most importantly, spending time with my family. Those experiences have shaped how I think about retirement planning: money is a tool that should ultimately support the life you want to live. My goal is to help clients navigate that transition with a clear plan and confidence in the path ahead.

Find your advisor

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.

By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
