Domani Investments Inc. provides discretionary investment management and fixed-fee financial planning primarily for individual clients, personal trusts and IRAs. As of March 10, 2026 the firm reports $10.0 million in discretionary assets under management across 14 clients and prepares diversified portfolios of equities, fixed income and money market instruments.

The firm tailors portfolios to each client’s income, balance sheet, age, time horizon and risk tolerance, implementing diversification across asset class, style, capitalization, sector, region and maturity and primarily using exchange-traded funds while generally avoiding leveraged ETFs and capping single positions at 10% of a portfolio. Accounts are reviewed monthly by the principal and management fees are billed semi-annually in arrears and typically deducted from the client’s custodial account.

A feature that is less common among peers is the firm’s provision of portfolio management for institutional clients in addition to its individual and trust work, which may be noteworthy given the firm’s small client roster and $10.0 million AUM. The principal also maintains outside work as a teacher (about 20 hours per week), the firm uses Schwab Advisor Services for custody and institutional support, and it offers standalone financial plans for a fixed fee.
