About

HighPass Asset Management provides discretionary wealth management and financial planning primarily for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and select institutional clients. The firm combines investment management with planning services that cover retirement, cash‑flow, estate and tax planning, and it offers optional tax preparation and filing as part of its service menu.

The firm generally builds diversified portfolios using ETFs, individual equities and mutual funds and employs fundamental, technical and cyclical analysis to align allocations with clients’ IPS, risk tolerance and time horizon. HPAM also employs a broader toolset than many peers — it may use options, individual debt securities and, unusually for supported firms, borrowing and other derivatives within separately managed accounts, and it can recommend private placements to accredited investors where appropriate.

HPAM’s structure includes a licensed CPA on staff who provides tax preparation services through the advisory platform, and that adviser also owns a separate CPA practice that provides tax work to a very small number of non‑clients, a relationship the firm discloses to manage conflicts. The firm manages about $218 million on a discretionary basis, maintains a $1 million typical account threshold (with exceptions), and has custody implications for two trustee accounts that are subject to annual surprise verification.

Find your advisor

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.

By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
