Kraken Adviser LLC provides web- and mobile-based investment advisory services to individual clients who must open both a crypto trading account and a securities brokerage account through the Platform. The Adviser does not charge a percentage‑of‑AUM advisory fee; instead, it receives indirect revenue tied to affiliate execution and transaction activities, and custody, clearing, and settlement are handled by affiliated entities.
