About

Main Street Financial Solutions serves a broad client base that includes individuals (including high‑net‑worth investors), pension and profit‑sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and other business entities. The Firm provides financial planning and consultation, discretionary and non‑discretionary investment and wealth management, and retirement plan consulting for qualified employee benefit and defined contribution plans and their fiduciaries.

The Firm’s investment approach is academic‑based and multi‑asset class, emphasizing allocation to mutual funds and low‑cost passively managed ETFs while retaining the ability to recommend actively managed funds, individual securities, options, and IPOs. Main Street tailors portfolios to clients’ objectives and risk profiles, uses Independent Managers for portions of client assets, and manages held‑away accounts through a third‑party platform (Pontera) while accessing alternative investment platforms (CAIS and iCapital).

What distinguishes Main Street from many peers is its institutional and advisor‑facing activity: it provides ERISA fiduciary consulting to plan sponsors, refers clients to and receives ongoing compensation from a turnkey platform (AssetMark), and selects and monitors Independent Managers. The Firm also documents relationships with product sponsors and insurance carriers (e.g., Lincoln Financial, Jackson National, Pacific Life, John Hancock, Midland National, Principal, Empower, and American Funds) and implements operational arrangements such as standing letters of authorization that meet the SEC’s no‑action conditions, reflecting a mix of institutional, insurance‑sponsor, and other adviser relationships less common in its peer group.

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more.
