Warmer can help you find a great advisor at Mariner Wealth or one who fits your needs even better.
Mariner Wealth Advisors-IC, LLC primarily serves as a referral and introduction vehicle, directing prospective clients — including individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, corporations, and businesses — to Mariner and other affiliated SEC-registered advisers and service providers. The firm does not provide personalized investment advice, does not manage client assets, had no assets under management as of December 31, 2025, and does not charge an investment advisory fee itself. The firm operates within a complex Mariner ownership and affiliate structure and facilitates client introductions to a range of related firms; its investment adviser representatives may also be licensed insurance agents and receive compensation for referrals or insurance sales, which the brochure identifies as a potential conflict of interest. Mariner-IC has a Code of Ethics and personal trading policies that require reporting and pre-approval for certain transactions and restrict access persons from trading ahead of client activity. What is distinctive about Mariner-IC relative to many peers is the breadth of affiliated service providers available for referral — including a trust company (Mariner Trust Company, LLC), broker-dealers (MSEC and W G Securities), an investment banking affiliate (Woodbridge), insurance agencies, specialty tax services, and minority interests in other advisers — creating an unusually wide internal referral network. The firm’s role as a non-fee-charging referrer with no direct AUM, combined with its wide array of affiliated financial-service entities, differentiates its business model from typical investment-manager firms that directly manage assets and charge percentage-of-AUM fees.

Not sure where to start?
We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
