MSP Investment Advisors, LLC primarily serves individual clients and, occasionally, trusts, corporations and qualified retirement plans by acting as a solicitor that refers prospective clients to independent investment advisers. The firm does not manage client accounts, hold custody of assets, or bill clients directly for investment management services. MSP’s role is limited to introducing clients to Independent RIAs and providing disclosure about those firms; clients enter separate advisory agreements with the Independent RIAs, which alone provide investment recommendations, portfolio management and account reviews.
