About

Napier Financial serves individuals (including high‑net‑worth clients) as well as foundations, trusts, estates, corporations, and charitable organizations, offering discretionary investment management, financial planning, retirement‑plan advisory, family office and trustee services. The firm also provides consulting on estate, tax, and business succession matters and can deliver stand‑alone financial planning upon request.

The firm follows a macro‑economic, top‑down asset allocation process and manages most client accounts on a discretionary basis, using mutual funds, ETFs, individual securities, structured products, and private placements as appropriate to client objectives. Napier may allocate portions of portfolios to independent third‑party sub‑advisors, recommend LPL‑sponsored advisory programs, and periodically rebalance accounts based on client risk profiles and the firm’s market views.

Distinctive features disclosed in the brochure include affiliated sponsorship and management of private real‑estate funds through GenWel Capital, LLC and GenWel Capital Partners, LLC, with recommendations of those private funds made to qualifying clients and other qualified investors, and potential performance allocations to affiliates. The firm also notes that it provides services to other investment advisers and that it uses AI tools (Claude Enterprise and WealthReach) for internal research and client outreach under human supervision.

Napier Financial

I began my career in the financial services industry nearly ten years ago. Prior to founding Dreamfield Planning Group, I served as an associate wealth management advisor at Sconset Wealth Management—an advisory practice nested in the downtown Boston office of Northwestern Mutual—where I developed financial plans and managed investment assets. In a preceding role in the same office, I led an internal business unit providing investment consulting services to multiple financial advisors representing more than $200 million of assets under management (AUM). Previous to that, I served as an associate financial advisor at a Foxborough, Massachusetts financial planning practice and as a research analyst at a Cambridge, Massachusetts public policy research firm. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hendrix College and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. I am both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a CFA Charterholder. I have lived for many years in Milton, Massachusetts with my wife Allie and our son Ben. In my spare time, I enjoy travel, reading, playing guitar, and taking long walks with the family dog, Louie.

Find your advisor

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
