Oltarion Capital provides non-discretionary investment advisory services and limited-scope financial planning to individuals, high‑net‑worth clients, corporations and institutional clients, including pension and profit‑sharing plans. Because services are non‑discretionary, clients retain authority to approve all investment recommendations prior to execution.

The firm uses model portfolios overseen by its member as a framework for constructing diversified portfolios primarily composed of mutual funds and ETFs, and customizes recommendations to each client’s objectives, time horizon and risk tolerance. Oltarion does not recommend direct or indirect exposure to cryptocurrencies or leveraged/inverse ETFs, and conducts most advisory activities during evening and after‑market hours due to the member’s full‑time outside employment.

Compared with many small independent advisers, Oltarion is notable for explicitly including institutional plan clients in its target market while operating on a non‑custodial, non‑discretionary basis. As of the brochure date the firm had not yet begun managing client assets and discloses the member’s outside employment with ModeX Therapeutics, with a stated policy to avoid recommending employer‑related securities to mitigate conflicts.
