ScholarDog is a newly registered, pre-launch investment adviser that, as of the brochure date, has not commenced services, has no clients, and reports $0 in regulatory assets under management. Once active, the firm expects to provide ongoing non-discretionary portfolio advisory services to individuals, families, and closely held business entities and generally sets a $1,000,000 account minimum (waivers may be available). The firm's investment approach is goals-based, low‑complexity, and long‑term, emphasizing passive allocations to diversified ETFs and index funds, U.S. Treasury bills and notes, and related cash-management positions. All services are non-discretionary—clients make final decisions and authorize transactions—and the current launch model does not include stand‑alone financial planning or participation in wrap fee programs.
