About
Stonebridge provides fee-based investment supervisory services to individuals, high net worth families, pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable organizations, trusts, estates and businesses, managing portfolios on a discretionary basis. The firm offers both individualized portfolio management customized to client objectives and specialized investment strategy management, and coordinates with clients’ other advisors on financial, tax, estate and retirement matters.
The firm follows a bottom-up, fundamental analysis approach to security selection, with equity focus on valuation and industry positioning and fixed-income selection based on credit and duration considerations, and assigns a senior portfolio manager to each client for ongoing oversight. Stonebridge treats asset-allocation targets as flexible—its brochure states allocations are targets and may at times be zero for a given asset class or even 100% cash in unusual market conditions—and routinely invests in ETFs, mutual funds, listed equities and debt securities.
Compared with many team advisors, Stonebridge combines a long operating history with a modest team scale (about $311 million in AUM and five advisors) while accommodating borrowing and indebtedness in client accounts; the brochure explicitly notes that account market values “will not be reduced by any margin or other indebtedness,” which indicates the firm’s willingness to support margin or other borrowing in separately managed accounts, a practice relatively uncommon among peers. The firm also offers advisory access to private funds and, upon client request, direct investments in real estate, oil and gas, and venture capital, while generally restricting private placements to nondiscretionary, client-directed transactions.

We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
