About
Venturi Private Wealth provides investment management, comprehensive financial planning, family office and business advisory services to individuals, high‑net‑worth families, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and pooled investment vehicles. The firm delivers both discretionary and non‑discretionary portfolio management and also offers stand‑alone planning, CFO/bill‑pay services and consolidated reporting for assets held away.
The firm assesses each client’s holistic financial situation and implements tailored portfolios using mutual funds, ETFs, individual securities, options, Independent Managers and, where appropriate, privately placed securities and pooled vehicles; an internal Investment Committee conducts initial and ongoing due diligence and monitoring of third‑party managers. Venturi typically manages accounts on a discretionary basis and consults with clients at least annually to align allocations with risk tolerance, liquidity needs and overall objectives.
Venturi also operates an affiliated private‑fund platform, managing multiple private limited partnerships and serving as a private fund adviser and general partner; these funds are managed side‑by‑side with separate accounts and involve performance‑based compensation and fund governance features (for example, European‑style waterfalls and clawback provisions), which the brochure discloses along with attendant conflicts of interest and mitigation policies. Following a recent acquisition by The Caprock Group, the firm’s advisory operations were integrated into Caprock’s platform and it supplements traditional wealth management with dedicated family office/CFO services and consolidated reporting capabilities that are less common among peers.

Not sure where to start?
We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
