About

Wealth and Plan is a fee-only registered investment adviser that works with individuals and high-net-worth individuals, offering discretionary investment management and both ongoing and project-based financial planning. Its planning scope includes business planning, retirement and distribution strategies, college savings, tax considerations, estate planning, cash flow and insurance reviews.

The firm’s investment approach emphasizes asset allocation guided by Modern Portfolio Theory and the use of passive vehicles (index mutual funds and ETFs), supplemented by fundamental analysis when appropriate. Accounts are generally managed on a discretionary, long-term basis with portfolio construction and rebalancing tied to client risk tolerance and financial goals, and custodial relationships are used for valuation and trade execution.

Noteworthy aspects include that the firm’s principal holds the CFP® certification and maintains an insurance license but discloses that no insurance products are sold to clients and no insurance compensation is received. The firm recently implemented Standing Letters of Authorization (SLOAs) to facilitate client-directed transfers and requires clients to custody assets at an institutional Schwab platform, noting access to Schwab’s institutional services and policies intended to address potential conflicts of interest.

How I Help: My goal is to get you organized and be intentional with every part of your financial life. I take a comprehensive approach tailored around your priorities, your pace, and your version of success, creating a plan that fits the life you’re building now, not just someday. Along the way, I help you navigate things like major life decisions, changing incomes, unexpected events, and evolving goals, so you always know where you stand and what your next move is. About Me: I was born in Lithuania and moved to New Braunfels, Texas when I was 11 years old. I’m a proud University of Houston graduate (Go Coogs!) having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a specialty track in Personal Financial Planning, equipping me with a strong foundation in rigorous financial analysis and practical real-life planning execution. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife Morgan and our family, getting outdoors whenever possible, or completing some sort of a woodworking project. Morgan and I are avid travelers who love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and finding great food wherever we go. In 2016, I completed a cross-country bike ride from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. to raise funds and awareness for people with disabilities.
