About

XY Investment Solutions, LLC (doing business as XYPN Sapphire) provides investment management and financial planning to individuals (including high‑net‑worth clients), trusts, estates, business entities, and retirement plans. The firm offers both discretionary and non‑discretionary portfolio management, standalone and integrated financial planning, and sponsored TAMP services.

The firm’s investment approach emphasizes a long‑term, risk‑based allocation informed by Modern Portfolio Theory, implemented through diversified mixes of mutual funds, ETFs, individual securities, and periodic rebalancing. Adviser-tailored plans are monitored by a designated IAR, may employ third‑party subadvisors or separate account managers when appropriate, rely on documented human oversight of any AI tools, and the firm is piloting a digital‑asset management program using a qualified third‑party custodian.

XYPN Sapphire operates as a corporate RIA supporting nearly 50 affiliated advisors who may maintain their own DBAs under the single RIA, and it is wholly owned by XY Planning Network — a structural model that centralizes back‑office, compliance, and model portfolio services. Notably, the firm offers its model portfolios and related services to other independent RIAs and hosts a small pilot for custody and management of tokenized/digital asset securities with Prometheum, an arrangement that is uncommon among multi‑team peers.

XYPN Sapphire

Kevin grew up as the son of a small business owner, learning firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a business. As an undergraduate student at James Madison University, he double-majored in Media Arts and Economics, combining a love of storytelling with a curiosity about how money shapes our lives. He began his career in corporate banking during the Great Recession—an experience that quickly reinforced the importance of managing debt, building emergency reserves, and planning for uncertainty. Over the next decade, Kevin worked closely with individuals and business owners while earning his MBA with a concentration in Finance. Over time, as the banking industry grew larger and more transactional, he realized he missed the part of the work he valued most: building meaningful, personal relationships with clients. An opportunity to teach finance at JMU’s College of Business ignited his passion for education and ultimately led him to earn the Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2022. At the heart of Kevin’s work is one simple goal: reducing financial anxiety so families can live their lives fully. Kevin takes an educator’s approach to financial planning. Rather than telling clients what to do, he focuses on explaining options, outlining trade-offs, and helping them make informed decisions. By intentionally limiting the number of families he serves, Kevin is able to stay deeply involved, responsive, and present. For many clients, he becomes the first call during both celebrations and challenges—whether that’s a new job, a growing family, a loss, or a major life transition.

Find your advisor

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.

By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
