Bernard Manchester is a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and co-founder of The T.D.M. Group, a financial advisory practice serving executives, business owners, and affluent families. Since beginning his financial services career in 2007, he has developed expertise in retirement planning, portfolio management, executive compensation, stock and option planning, estate and insurance planning, debt structuring, and cash flow management. Bernard applies his experience to create customized financial strategies aimed at aligning clients’ resources with their personal financial goals.
Bernard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Finance from Providence College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR™, with additional credentials including Personal Investment Advisor (PIA) and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA). Bernard advises business owners on corporate retirement plans and is proficient in succession planning, Medicare planning, social security strategy, life insurance analysis, and estate planning services.
He is an active member of the Providence College Alumni community, serving as a Board Member for the Providence Alumni Club. Bernard grew up in Barrington, Rhode Island, and currently lives in Rumford, Rhode Island with his wife Elizabeth and their two daughters, Quinn and Blair.
