Brian Becker, CFP®, is the founder of Chapters To Wealth, a flat-fee, advice-only financial planning firm based in Columbus, Ohio, serving clients locally and across the country. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brian is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who works as a fiduciary, meaning his advice is given in the client’s best interest.
Chapters To Wealth charges a transparent flat fee, never a percentage of assets. There are no commissions, no product sales, and no asset management or custody. Clients choose the engagement that fits their needs: a focused planning project, a one-time consultation, or an ongoing advisory relationship. This structure minimizes the conflicts of interest common in commission-based and AUM-based models, because Brian is paid the same way no matter what he recommends.
Brian works with ambitious professionals building their next chapter; small business owners balancing personal wealth with business risk; DIY investors who want an expert second opinion; and retirees and pre-retirees planning for income, taxes, and legacy.
Core services include cash flow planning, investment strategy, retirement planning, lifetime tax planning, risk management and insurance review, estate and legacy planning, charitable planning, and business planning and succession. Brian starts with each client’s personal story, goals, and values, then builds a plan around consistent, controllable financial habits rather than short-term predictions.
What to expect: planning begins with a 30- to 60-day deep dive that includes two to three collaborative working sessions, held virtually or in person. Brian organizes your complete financial picture, builds tax strategies, and delivers a clear, step-by-step action plan. Ongoing clients meet three times a year around timely themes, such as tax planning, investment and risk reviews, and year-end planning.
For clients who want expert guidance without asset management or product sales, Chapters To Wealth offers an alternative to traditional AUM-based wealth management: clear, transparent financial planning advice in plain English.

We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
