Frances Fattori serves as a Resident Director and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill, where she has been with the firm since 2014. She specializes in building new client relationships and delivering wealth management services to existing clients. Frances is a partner of The Callahan Pascua Group and provides expertise in a range of areas including college education planning, family wealth management strategies, institutional investment consulting, liquidity management, retirement income, tax minimization, and personal retirement planning.
Frances holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, awarded by the Investments & Wealth Institute™ with coursework conducted in partnership with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds the CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Personal Investment Advisor (PIA), and Retirement Accredited Financial Advisor (RAFA) credentials. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies covering Political Science, Communication, and Psychology from San Diego State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Alliant International University.
In addition to her professional roles, Frances is actively involved in community and professional organizations. She serves as President of the Merrill Women’s Exchange, San Diego Chapter, and is the National Chair of the Investments & Wealth Institute™ Conference Committee as of 2024. She is fluent in Tagalog and English. Outside of work, Frances enjoys music, scrapbooking, tennis, yoga, traveling, spending time with her family, writing, and watching movies.
