John Farcosky is a Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Since joining Merrill in 2007, he has developed a practice focused on advanced planning relationships with corporate executives of large entities, business owners, corporate retirement plans, and nonprofit endowments. He works with clients to manage wealth planning, investments, private equity, hedge funds, and complex tax minimization strategies, especially around liquidity events.
John holds multiple industry designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), CERTIFIED PLAN FIDUCIARY ADVISOR (CPFA), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). He earned his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Mount Saint Joseph High School.
In addition to his professional work, John serves on the board of his alma mater, Mount Saint Joseph High School, and is involved with the Association for Corporate Growth. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
