Human Capital Wealth Management is a fee-only fiduciary firm for people who have worked hard, saved well, and want to know they are going to be okay. Most of my clients are at or near retirement, or building hard toward it. What they share is that they are done being sold to. As a fee-only fiduciary, I do not sell products and I do not earn commissions. You pay me directly, so I only ever sit on your side of the table. My focus is retirement income, tax strategy, and protecting the people you love, including steady guidance through the hardest transitions, like divorce in retirement or the loss of a spouse. That means turning what you have built into a dependable paycheck, keeping more of your money out of the IRS's hands through smart Roth conversion and tax planning, and investing with discipline using a low-cost, evidence-based approach instead of guesswork or hot tips. Ryan, his wife, Kathryn, and their three kids live in Carmel, Indiana, where they are active members in their local community. When away from the office, Ryan enjoys coaching sports, serving in the children’s ministry at his family’s church, playing basketball, hiking and biking with his family, and hopes to one day convince his wife to do an RV vacation out West. Catalyze Wealth Management provides discretionary portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning to individuals, high-net-worth clients, retirement plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and businesses. Drew Feutz, CFP®, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Founder of Migration Wealth Management, LLC, a fee-only wealth management firm that specializes in providing financial planning and investment management to people in their 30s and 40s. Drew got his start in financial planning as an Intern in May 2014, began working part-time as a Financial Planning & Investment Analyst during his final semester of college, and started working as a Financial Planner full-time upon graduation. Drew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Financial Planning and Investments. During his time at ISU, Drew was a Scholar in the Networks Professional Development Program, a Service-Learning Scholar partnered with Junior Achievement of the Wabash Valley, President of the ISU Financial Planning Association Student Chapter, member of the Investment Club, and a University Honors Program student. He spent his summers during college studying abroad at the Athens Centre in Athens, Greece, interning at First Direct Logistics in Dublin, Ireland, and interning at a fee-only wealth management firm in Indianapolis. He is a Board Member for the Hendricks County Community Foundation as well as Susie's Place Child Advocacy Centers and previously served as Chair of the NAPFA Genesis Committee, Treasurer of Young Professionals of Central Indiana, and as a board member of the Indiana State University Financial Planning Advisory Board. Edward Argus is the principal of Argus Efficient Capital, LLC, holding Series 65 and Series 66 licenses with two years of industry experience. He has served as Investment Officer of Risk at Indiana University Health since 2020 and as Executive Director of the CFA Society Indianapolis since 2023. His prior experience includes twelve years with SEI Family Office Services and a year at Waddell & Reed. Argus Efficient Capital provides discretionary portfolio management to individuals, high-net-worth clients, and other advisers, focusing on dynamic asset allocation primarily using ETFs and mutual funds. The firm combines modern portfolio theory with quantitative and technical analysis, offering both long-term and short-term trading strategies and acting as a subadviser to unaffiliated advisers.
