Warmer can help you find a great advisor at Sanctuary Advisors, LLC or one who fits your needs even better.

Sanctuary Advisors, LLC provides investment advisory and financial planning services to a broad mix of clients—including individuals (including high‑net‑worth), corporations, pension and profit‑sharing plans, trusts, estates, and charitable organizations—through a network of more than 400 independent investment adviser representatives. Service offerings include portfolio management via Advisor‑Directed programs, Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs), financial planning, retirement plan consulting (including ERISA 3(21) and 3(38) arrangements), and the selection of other advisers. The firm delivers advice through IARs who may be dually licensed and who develop their own investment philosophies and strategies subject to firm supervision; accounts can be managed on a discretionary or non‑discretionary basis and may use sub‑advisers, model portfolios, or third‑party managed account platforms (BNY Mellon and Adhesion). Sanctuary employs a range of analytical approaches (fundamental, quantitative, technical) and offers both onshore and offshore SMA solutions, and it acts as a fiduciary when a written advisory agreement exists. Distinctive features include Sanctuary Wealth’s platform and ownership structure—Sanctuary owns tru Independence and completed the acquisitions of tru Independence Asset Management and TIAM2 on April 30, 2024—and affiliations with firms such as Azimut and Kennedy Lewis that place affiliate products on the platform. The firm also discloses practices that are less common among peers of its size: it may negotiate performance‑based fees and side‑by‑side management for Qualified Institutional Buyers with at least $100 million invested, it automatically enrolls managed accounts in a third‑party class‑action recovery service (clients may opt out), and it maintains multi‑custodian and sweep arrangements (including Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions) with associated custodial‑related revenue‑sharing and soft‑dollar considerations.
