Why did you become a financial advisor?

It started with watching my dad. In 2017, I took an internship at his firm as a college student, mostly to see what the work looked like up close. What I found surprised me. The job wasn't really about portfolios or products. It was about being someone families could trust with the things that mattered most to them. That stuck with me. After earning my BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning from UW-Whitewater, I joined him full-time as a Client Service Specialist. A few years later, I moved to Northwestern Mutual, where I deepened my expertise in insurance and became a financial advisor in my own right. I later joined Savvy so I could work alongside my dad again. In 2026, Dave and I launched Sharpe Wealth together.
