A complete list of active advisors currently associated with Apeiron

Warmer can help you find a great advisor at Apeiron or one who fits your needs even better.

Apeiron provides investment advisory and financial planning services to a broad client mix that includes individual and high‑net‑worth clients, trusts and estates, retirement plans, small businesses, churches, and other institutional clients. The firm offers ongoing portfolio management, comprehensive wealth management (which can bundle financial planning), retirement plan consulting, and licensed advisors who may recommend insurance products. The firm takes a holistic, discretionary approach to managing client portfolios, using an Investment Policy Statement and periodic reviews to tailor asset allocation and risk tolerance; methods of analysis include fundamental analysis, modern portfolio theory, technical and cyclical analysis. Apeiron uses a mix of in‑house advice and third‑party programs (including TPMMs and UMA/UMAX platforms) and recommends a broad range of investments—from mutual funds and ETFs to private funds and structured products—while acting as a fiduciary for retirement accounts. What distinguishes Apeiron from many peers is its business affiliations and program sponsorships: a firm representative is an owner of L&H CPAs and Advisors, and the firm operates a wrap fee program (see Appendix 1) and receives third‑party and custodian economic benefits. The brochure also notes recent changes—adding structured products to its recommendations and permitting bundled advisory fees based on a client’s net worth—and the firm reports managing approximately $852 million in client assets, with $807 million handled on a discretionary basis.

For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.

Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.

By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
