Warmer can help you find a great advisor at Fidelity or one who fits your needs even better.
Strategic Advisers LLC, a Fidelity Investments company, provides investment management and advisory services to a wide range of clients, including retail and institutional investors, an IRS‑qualified Charitable Gift Fund, and registered investment companies. Its services include discretionary portfolio management, non‑discretionary advisory work, fund advisory (including multi‑manager and fund‑of‑funds structures), management and consulting, and delivery of model portfolios to intermediary platforms. The firm’s investment process blends proprietary fundamental research with quantitative analysis and algorithmic portfolio construction; model portfolios are constructed from an investable universe of mutual funds, ETFs, and ETPs using systematic methodologies and long‑term asset allocation benchmarks. Strategic Advisers may delegate day‑to‑day management to affiliated or unaffiliated sub‑advisers, applies oversight controls, and evaluates share classes and allocations with the stated aim of addressing related conflicts of interest. Distinctive features noted in the brochure include Strategic Advisers’ registration with the CFTC as a commodity pool operator and membership in the NFA, and its formal advisory role to multiple registered investment companies and fund‑of‑funds—activities that are less common among large institutional peers. The brochure also highlights its role in constructing and delivering model portfolios for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Adviser, its documented use of algorithmic methods and AI/LLMs in research, and established proxy‑voting and governance procedures for the funds it advises.

We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
