FCAM provides negotiated fee arrangements for municipal and institutional clients, relies principally on asset‑based fees rather than fixed fees, and has implemented post‑settlement changes (including crediting 12b‑1 fees to advisory accounts) following an SEC enforcement matter related to share‑class selection.
