Warmer can help you find a great advisor at International Assets Investment Management, LLC or one who fits your needs even better.
International Assets Investment Management (IAIM) provides investment advisory services to individuals, high‑net‑worth clients, retirement plans, corporations and other business entities, offering discretionary and non‑discretionary portfolio management, financial planning, and referrals to third‑party wrap and manager (TPAM) programs. Services are delivered through a national network of independent investment adviser representatives (IARs) who work with clients to define goals and implement strategies. IAIM’s IARs generally pursue customized, long‑term portfolio construction using mutual funds, ETFs, individual equities and fixed income, and may recommend cash positions, options hedges, or rebalancing as appropriate to client objectives and risk tolerance. For some clients IAIM implements strategies via third‑party money managers, sub‑advisers or wrap programs (and may act as a compensated promoter for certain TPAMs), while also offering retirement plan advisory and standalone financial planning engagements. What distinguishes IAIM from many peers is its complex affiliate structure and its promoter/placement activities: the firm is affiliated with multiple broker‑dealers, a clearing/custodial broker (ETCB), a trust company (Equity Trust), and other registered advisers, and principals have economic interests in a private fund (Mill75) that IAIM promotes to accredited investors. Those affiliations drive disclosed conflicts of interest (including cash‑sweep and clearing‑related payments to its affiliated broker‑dealer) and were the subject of an SEC consent order in 2024 concerning disclosure of clearing‑broker incentives; IAIM also recently revised its custody practices and no longer reports custody of client assets as of January 1, 2026.

Not sure where to start?
We'll help you think it through—whether you ultimately need an advisor or not. Warmer helps you compare advisors clearly, so you can choose with confidence.
For advisor listings, we rely on sources including public filings and data provided by advisors, and we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate. Advisors are independent and may not have reviewed or updated this information. Please review an advisor’s Form ADV and do your own diligence before deciding whether to work with them.
Advisor matching and introductions are provided by FinanceHQ LLC (“FHQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warmer and an SEC-registered investment advisor. We receive compensation from certain participating advisors for introductions or referrals. This creates a conflict of interest because we have an incentive to recommend advisors who compensate us, including those who pay us more. You pay no fee to use our matching service, and advisor fees are not increased because of a referral or introduction. We do not review the ongoing performance of advisors, manage or hold assets, guarantee performance, or provide advice about specific investments.
By using our service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Advisory Agreement, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Please review FHQ’s ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. Logos provided by Logo.dev
