Rise Retirement, LLC

RISE Retirement, LLC (d/b/a RISE Consulting, LLC) provides discretionary and non-discretionary asset management, financial planning, and retirement-plan advisory services to individuals — including high-net-worth clients — and corporations/business entities. As of December 2024 the firm reported approximately $71.6 million in assets under management and works with individual and plan sponsors across ongoing portfolio management and consulting engagements.

The firm constructs client-specific strategies based on documented goals, time horizons and risk tolerance and uses a mix of fundamental, technical, charting and cyclical analysis in its investment process; accounts are reviewed at least quarterly and financial plans are delivered on an engagement basis. RISE also offers ERISA plan services and can serve as either a 3(21) advisor (non-discretionary) or a 3(38) investment manager (discretionary), and it supplements advisory work with educational seminars and workshops.

RISE is organizationally distinct for its affiliated business activities: the principals also operate Omnia Executive, a third-party administrator that provides pension administration and compliance services, and RISE Agency, LLC for insurance product distribution, and one principal provides subcontract advisory services to another registered adviser. Those affiliations allow the firm to coordinate plan administration, insurance and advisory services for some clients (a potential conflict the brochure discloses), and the firm also notes it holds free public seminars and does not impose an account minimum.
