The Fund is structured to be more concentrated (generally no more than 15 positions), to use significant leverage and offsetting short positions (target gross exposure 135–170% and net exposure 70–120%), and to impose additional expenses and limited withdrawal rights for limited partners, creating a materially different risk and liquidity profile compared with the firm’s separately managed accounts.
