Warmer can help you find a great advisor at Key Investment Services LLC or one who fits your needs even better.

Key Investment Services LLC serves individuals (including high‑net‑worth clients), trusts, estates, small businesses and corporate clients through a range of wrap‑fee advisory programs, model portfolio offerings, separately managed accounts (SMA), unified managed accounts (UMA), and brokerage and insurance products made available through affiliated entities. KIS is an SEC‑registered investment adviser, a FINRA‑member broker‑dealer, and acts as a wrap program sponsor that introduces client accounts to Pershing for custody and clearing. The firm’s client work emphasizes client direction and model selection: clients complete an investment profile questionnaire and generally make the final selection of model strategies or managers while KIS financial professionals provide non‑binding recommendations and ongoing monitoring; KIS’s Product Due Diligence Committee performs initial and ongoing review of third‑party advisory products. At the same time, KIS intermediates access to third‑party discretionary managers (for example, BNY Mellon Advisors is the discretionary money manager on several programs) and provides periodic rebalancing, reporting and supervisory oversight across its programs. KIS’s corporate affiliations and business mix are notable relative to many peers: it operates within the KeyCorp group, works closely with KeyBank (an affiliated bank that is a registered municipal advisor), and is connected to KeyBanc Capital Markets, creating referral and revenue‑sharing relationships that the Form ADV discloses and seeks to mitigate through supervisory review. The brochure also discloses recent regulatory matters and remediation steps, and describes specific mitigants used by the firm — such as independent due diligence reviews, supervisory review of affiliate model recommendations, and regular client account reviews.
